How to correct a listing

If you own the parking

If the listing has no owner, claim it with the "Is this your parking?" button on the listing itself: you need an account and we will verify the request. If you already manage it, edit it from your panel; changes are reviewed before being published.

If you are a driver or a customer

Use the "Report wrong data" button on the listing: it takes you to the contact form with the parking already filled in. Tell us which data is wrong (phone, address, opening hours, services, closure…) and, if you can, how you checked it.

What we do with your report

We review the report, check it with the parking when possible and correct or remove the data. If the parking has closed, we remove the listing. We usually reply within a few working days.
